Tim Abrahams, Executive General Manager

Tim has extensive experience in quarrying, civil engineering, processing and mining disciplines. His areas of experience include senior level management of mining business units and engineering, mining business development, project management (civil and mining), refinery processing in the alumina industry and hard rock quarrying.

He has extensive operational and client networks in civil engineering and mining contracting arenas.

His experience has developed throughout the years to the point where he is now a rounded, skilled, capable senior manager possessing the skills to deliver growth and profit to any business under his direction. Tim is a degree qualified engineer holding membership as a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

As the Executive General Manager of Underground Services, Tim applies his wealth of experience and expertise to the business's overall performance, as well as developing and building the business to achieve its stated goals.


Glynn Taylor, Contracts/Commercial Manager

Glynn has over 20 years experience in Contracts Management roles in the construction industry, with a demonstrated personal record in commercial management and contracts management.

He has a keen focus on operational excellence, quality improvements and optimal outcomes, with proven ability for strategic management.

Glynn's enthusiastic and engaging approach makes him highly regarded for his rounded skills, integrity and rapport with customers, staff, colleagues, government agents and industry partners.


Richard Krakiewicz, Operations Manager

Richard is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over twenty five years experience gained with major UK, international and Australian consultants and contractors. He has worked on projects in Western Australia, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and the Far East.

The more senior roles held have included Project Manager, Construction Manager, Senior Project Engineer and Resident Engineer. The areas of work during this time included roads, bridges, earthworks, infrastructure, water supply, leakage control, pipelines and drainage with prior experience in water treatment, sewage treatment, dams, reservoirs, railway electrification and commercial building.

Richard's straightforward approach lends himself well to the position of Operations Manager at Underground Services.


Mark Luther, HSEQ Manager

Mark has a high level of experience in OHS roles, demonstrating a real passion for safety. With a strong track record in similar roles, Mark brings his enthusiasm and expertise into his role as HSEQ Manager for Underground Services. Mark's hands-on approach to project safety makes Mark an approachable and highly personable team member, ensuring the safety culture of Underground Services is at the heart of each individual involved.


Goran Utjesinovic, Training/Business Improvement Manager

Goran comes from a strong mining background and brings his wealth of experience and expertise to the role of Training/Business Improvement Manager. Goran has a very hands-on approach and ensures that all Underground Services staff has the required skills and training to successfully complete projects. As a qualified Six Sigma Practitioner, Goran has been responsible for introducing the Six Sigma business management strategy throughout the business, which utilises a set of quality management methods to improve overall business efficiency.


Gary Morgan, Plant and Asset Manager

Gary is a highly experienced maintenance professional with strong technical knowledge of mobile equipment, bringing these skills to the position of Plant and Asset Manager for Underground Services. With key goals to ensure fleet reliability and improve client relationships, Gary is responsible for ensuring that all the equipment operated by Underground Services continually exceeds expectations in terms of safety, reliability, availability, capability, quality, integrity and cost.


Helen Gloyne, HR Manager

Helen has an extensive background in Human Resources, including experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, training and development, HR policies development and employee relations. Helen brings her personable and highly approachable nature to her role, creating a supportive and encouraging environment for all employees of Underground Services.


Kwei Tju Tsie, Project Accountant

Kwei is a CPA with solid experience in the civil construction industry. She is extremely passionate about the industry and brings her engaging nature and excellent communication skills to her role as Project Accountant at Underground Services. Kwei’s experience in preparing reports, budgets and analysing data ensures Underground Services’ continues to go from strength to strength.
