A continual improvement philosophy is promoted throughout the organisation with the general use of an Improvement Reporting system, which continually enhances the effectiveness of the management system.
It is imperative that all personnel continually strive to provide prompt and professional service that consistently meets and/or exceeds our customers' expectations.
In support of this, we continually monitor and regularly review our Quality Policy and Quality Management System, which has been assessed and approved for certification to ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
Measurable Business Objectives for the Management System, product and services will be established and approved by Senior Management at nominated levels within the organisation. These objectives and the analysis of data obtained will be subject to a review by management at defined intervals.
Senior Management request that all personnel continually strive to raise our standard, to eradicate detected variations of processes and to improve efficiency of all our business activities through a commitment to performing our work correctly the first time, every time.
